What is your returns policy?

We try to ensure all of our parcels are carefully protected and wrapped. All products are sold on a non-returnable basis unless damaged or defective. If you have received a damaged or defective products, please contact us at info@ladidah.london immediately. 

Will it cost me to return an item?

We are not responsible for return postage costs other than for incorrect order processing or faulty items. Faulty items can be returned free of charge by contacting our customer service team.
